Regional Sections

I have tidied the regional sections up and now made them into North, South, East and West, Ireland and Europe.

This way I think if regions were to organise meets then it would be easier for others to find them, rather than in counties.

While I think of it, what do you think of having a member per region (per above) to organise a monthly/quarterly meet?

Could be quite good :)
