how do you get borders round your pics

i have photoshop

i have looked at the help section on it but it doesnt work

or am i jst being usless with it

ive not got photo shop installed. I use Paint shop pro..

quick step by step using paint shop pro 8..

first,click image,look for Add Borders or simular.& click.

You'll get a popup window with various settings like so..Adjust the border size to whatever size you require

Click OK,& the border will be added to the image.

Once happy with the border,click file,then save copy as if you dont want alter the original image.or save as to over write the original image.

In the popup box,find the target folder you wish to save the image to,then rename file if required,& select JPEG for the Save as type. then click save.

I know this is an old thread but thanks so much Dave!
Can you do this to all the pics at once or is it just one at a time?

I'm open to ideas here!
