This is the M3 that ive had the pleasure of detailing twice now. The first time I got it the car had not been touched in a while. The car was clayed then the light swirling was taken away using #80 then treated with #7 then #21 finished by #16.

Today I revisited to find the car a horrible colour again :D (shame) and I set about reviving it again.

The car was foamed with snow foam and blasted clean. This was then followed with Meguiars detailing soap foamed on and washed with a wash mit.

The paint was tested to see if any spots needed claying, #21 had done its job and all of the grime simply washed off.

The coating of #16 was polished off with Klasse AIO and then topped with Klasse SG

Wheels cleaned with Wheel Brightener and sealed with SG

Metal with P21s metal polish.

Tyres with Meguiars tyre shine.

Interior hoovered and polished and carpets cleaned with turtle wax carpet cleaner.

Windows cleaned with Klasse AIO.

Nice one. Like the exhaust shot - very shiny. What do you use to get it so shiny and any tips for removing soot from inside the tailpipe?

Thanks,

Mark

Cheers guys. I used P21s metal polish soap for the exhaust and them coated it with Klasse SG. I would use metal polish and a dremmel for removing the soot from the exhaust.

Top work there Allan, if it's not your you might want to hide the plate although I do like it.

Your not thinking about it are you instead of the ST or just curious?

182_blue look into a 330d if your worried about mileage a pretty quick car but we managed 45MPG from Glasgow to Crewe.

I do really want a 330CI Clubsport but we shall see.

:D Daffy, i did mask the plates out of the first detail pics. But then the video appeared with the plate on and my mates slagged me for it. So never bothered this time :D:D
