Newbie looking for advice...

Newbie looking for advice, basically just bought my PC and got the Sonus PFX package or whatever it was called and I gather from reading the forum I will need some more pads, however having not used one yet and being new to all this I dont know what to buy. Been looking about and got a couple of links -

obviously there is a large price difference between the 2 and I was wondering which would be better and what ones I need etc.
Does anyone have links to videos / dvd's that explain which pads to use for what etc and general handelling of a PC?
