Both.
Depends what sort of mood I'm in and how hot it is.
Plus how fiddly the area is

Clay bar is a thing of the past, the sponge/mitt/towel are much faster and easier.

At least with the mitt its nigh on impossible to drop it on the drive whilst in use.

Clay mitt but clay bar for the intricate bits and wheels.

I don't use clay at all if I can avoid it. The amount of different liquid products that are around these days to decontaminate paint leaves very little need for claying.

Liquid clay is basicaly a paint cleanser.
It's just a new name to screw more money out of your pocket

Still prefer a clay bar over a mitt. Don't really care it takes longer I like to see the containments being removed with my own eyes :D

I use BH AutoClay regular, but I think I am going to get the soft one as i think it is too abrasive/aggressive for what I need.

I use clay when i need to do the car....i should say i've used clay when i've done the car, hopefully 'things' will sort themselves out next year and i can get back to making the car look nice.
