Hi just got some car seats i would like to clean ,can i use household cleaners such as persil fairy for clothes .?

i ended up hiring a Dirt Devil and some apolstery cleaner from my local morrisons ,brought up my recaros like new ,so i went onh to do my corrado aswell .
