Marine Sections!

So, whose got a boat or know someone with a boat?

We have now set up a marine section for our fellow members who have boats or know people with em :)

The more the merrier!

We are toying with setting up a Caravan and RV section, Maybe a motorbike section...whats your thoughts?

If it involves detailing you can be assured we will get it on here somehow.....

sorry to grumble but any chance we could get the layout as it was with the polishing/washing etc sections on the front and have the marine section on another tab?

just a bit annoying having click into automotive to see the threads.

I guess this is a "you cant please all the people all the time" moment :(

I have had numerous pm's asking us to cut the sections down because there were so many showing... So I did!

So would people rather scroll right the way down the page for all the sections or have them a bit more condensed and look at the ones they want?

I'd agree with andburg to be honest.

If all the sections are on the front page I find it makes it easier, because I can see at a glance which ones have got new posts in instead of having to go to another page.

Not exactly a great hardship I know, but just a slight niggle.

I personally dont have a boat any more but in the family we still have 3! at one stage we had 5! Two sailing dingheys, a stripped out 1/4 tonne racing yacht and a cruising yacht along with a dory with a lil 50hp motor on!!!
if you look at the off topics you can see the big boat behind my car!!
a marine section is a good idea as many people have alil boat or so but in terms of detailing?? not so sure?? its a totally different kettle of fish to paintwork!!

Would it be possible for the regional sections to be sub forumed and the automobile put back on the front page as thats used more often?

I have a boat (technically a PWC or "jetski" ) Noticed under the garage lights the plastic fairing is covered in swirls. (black plastic) Any suggestions how to fix that one?
