Everything is £1 ...... well lots of bits and bobs

Anyone tried this place www.whdirect.co.uk , most of the stock is cheap and many items are a pound they may be cheap but some useful stuff in the brochure.

Decoraters radiator (ideal for cleaning engine bays) brush's 3 for a pound! - i paid £3 for 1

Wire brush set again 3 for a pound - again i paid about £4 for one from halfrauds.

If anyone's tried them it would be interesting to know your comments, i think i'll place an order soon anyway at them prices.

As they say you get what you pay for. Screwfix are a little more expensive. :thumb:

Totally agree, but for throw away detailing items such as paint brushes, wire brushes and other bits and bobs you can't really go wrong. I've just ordered some stuff and will let you know what they are like.

The best bargain was a kneeling pad (great around the car) for £1, thats the last time i'll have to kneel on the gravel on my drive!

good stuff on there, good price aswell, anyone tried poundland or places like that. They've got a load of stuff , wheel brushes, sponges, wash mitts, even got wheel cleaner an shampoo. Havnt tried the shampoo's or cleaners yet but the wheel brush and wash mitts are great!
