Just about to buy a G220

Hi Guys,

Awesome site and really enjoying what i've learnt so far on here.

I'm feeling ready for the next stage and after a lot of research mainly on this site i've decided to buy a Megs G220. I have 2 cars that I plan to use it on and wanted ask your advise on what pollish and wax I should buy?

one is Bmw Saphire black and the other is Audi Mugello Blue. so both dark mettalic colours. can I use the same products on both??? or should I be looking at 2 different ones? I was thinking maybe 915 for my wifes X3 as it tends to do a bit more grubby work and I don't get to clean it as much as mine, from what i've read it's very hard wearing?

For mine I was thinking maybe the Purple Dodo juice but not sure on which polishes to use?

in term of the g220 have a look at the kits that several traders on here do, that will give you the pads and polishes.

in terms of wax, you have specified your budget and what you want from the wax in terms of durability and finish

Some examples would be purple haze \ blue velvet, double wax, onyx, saphir, victoris, collinite ?

Many thanks, I will look at a kit with pads and polish, in terms of wax budget i don't really know I guess anything from £15 to £40 ish any recomendations would be appreciated.

nice where you getting it from

i've seen them on ebay about £140 on there own

alot better than having to lug a transformer. but doesn't come with pads etc like other packages i've seen
