That's the one. If you don't use twitter its useless, but i find it very handy.

where did you get wifi toggle? i've looked on installer and cydia and can't see it.

I think it all depends which sources you have loaded in installer. The WifiToggle is listed under the hitoriblog experimental packages... dont know if that helps at all
