Well as for pm this site does not allow me to send a pm due to how many post I have so this was not a option, as for my order apart from the paypal confirmation of payment I never even got an email of any kind to say my order was placed or dispatched.

When I can not get any comunication to chase up an order what am I supposed to do? and to be honest I find it hard to believe that the paypal dispute did not even get a reply until this post.

What I will say is yes I do understand RM loose packages but it is no excuse for the poor comunication that led to my post.
