SRP cure time and number of coats, carnuba over SRP?

Hi guys,
Essentially I am getting my car ready for a show on sat.

I am claying the car tonight and tomorrow night I will start applying SRP. Couple of questions.

What is the time scale expected to clay a car (which has very little contamination)?

Can SRP then be applied directly after claying without a wash post clay?

How many layers of SRP should I apply and what is thew cure time between coats.

I am applying harlys carnbuba over it, how long should I wait before the last coat of SRP and application of the wax?

thanks

Stefan

Have you used that wax before?

Was interested in trying some a little while back.

About an hour to clay the car, take your time and use plenty of lube, you should wash after claying to remove any residue, I dont think many people will have applied anything after claying without washing so not sure if you will find a ********** answer to that.

I would leave an hour between coats, however layering it may be pointless as the second layer will remove the first layer as SRP is abrasive, if I was you I would lay down a coat of SRP then a wax

used srp on both my black VW and wifes skoda.

great polish, finished it off with autoglym wax too.

think above is right - doing to coats of polish wont add anything. id wash after a clay too.

then 2-3 coats of wax. will look sick
