If it's within the warranty period get it checked out as they seem to develop this problem & it's not meant to/it's a fault. My first e140 got replaced by nilfisk within less than a year after one...

Good review!, I found 50:1 had no cleaning affect whatsoever, at 40:1 only the lightest debris would come off, I now mix mine at 20:1 and the results are excellent without the risk of stripping wax....
