Yup did exactly as your going to do, had a spare connection under my kitchen sink for a dishwasher I didn't use, so hey presto.

From there dropped a 25m hose down two stories, plus an extension...

Re-attaching badges

What's the right 3m tape (or other medium) to attach car badges once take off? Taking mine off to machine and get rid of the crud built up in between them.

Would this stuff do the job?

My favourite so far is on a dry car 50:50 with Adams detail spray. It's for application and better gloss as BSD isn't the glossiest but water behaviour is second to none.

Great suggestions both thanks. The bolt seems to be rusted so that the nuts and bolt head have been smoothed off. So I'll have a go getting them off but if I have to ill cut them off.

I go through phases, but now the car has been in 2 accidents one my fault and one not and was very minor. I have realised it could be alot worse, and instead finding more pleasure from driving it.

Yeah I guess that could work! But I wouldn't want damp cloths sitting in a bin for a month, they would smell and get bacteria build up, sure that would be washed out but is a pet peeve of mine.
