I have also used it without any problems. Forensic Detailing on YouTube suggests Magic Eraser or 0000 Wire Wool as a great, deep cleaning aid. Both work well :thumb:...

infinity wax supergloss + might be worth a look. Their QDX is really good also, i got 2 months durability standalone from just QDX over a glaze on my daily driver and i do about 2000 miles per month.

I do the full bottom half of my car with Tar & Glue which is black and has side stripes. No issues with it at all, few panels, allow to dwell for a minute then agitate with a MF towel before rinsing....

I can't help you with the rough paint issue as I am not really sure given what you have done. You should be able to feel the paint getting smoother with each pass of the clay mitt until it glides...

This happened on my black Focus back in August with DSW too. I had to strip it off in the end as each time I washed it the greasiness came back.

I'd chuck them in the machine with some tar remover in the softener drawer. Cleans the machine through nicely, honestly your other half will be made up😉
