I could only find videos of diesels, mk6's and the 1.6 Ecoboost ST which has the fuel filter under the rear seat but its made to be a lifetime part supposedly because you cant change just the filter...

worst still is that i checked what happens when the car is scrapped. Thinking the DVLA may cash in on selling it after sometime has passed, But supposedly they remove it forever.

Im guessing the one he used was the Porter Cable 7424, its a very old machine. Almost anything you buy would be better, There are plenty of machines to look at for under £200 some you can get in kits...
