Me too SB. I've heated and fan cooled seats in the jeep and use DR Leather wipes on mine with no issues.

Is it wipes or liquid you're using? I have another manufacturer leather cleaner as well...

I've also sat it on top of my radiator in the house for 10 mins before which is another option :thumb:

I can't give a definite answer but similar has happened with other manufacturers where, due to a reason, they take a short break from the forum. Basically they don't show up in the forum home page...

Andy the Auyoglym website states it removes minor scuffs and scratches rather than saying it hides or fills them so it must have some sort of abrasives I'd agree with you otherwise it would only mask...
