We bought him a cheap Ford KA, insurance was £1200 with a black box.
He rolled it and smashed it up after 11 months...

Lime prime is a beautiful product but no good if you are applying a sealant over the top of it, it’s too oily. You need to panel wipe after if using LP.

Personally I use a fallout remover before de-tar, but either way there’s no rule with detailing.

I had very similar but I had surgery on mine took me 6-8 weeks to recover I’m 3 years on now and I’m 95% pain free.
Can I ask what medication you are taking for the pain?

I’ve been a pipe fitter for 26 years and can happily say there absolutely nothing wrong with ptfe tape. It seals steam pipes for Christ sake.
