Sealant is just a synthetic wax so there is no need for both.
Just use the sealant, and use the rest of the time for the preparations or drinking beer or both.

isnt it summin like oily glazes can only go under waxes but acrylic glazes can go under both, or it could be acrylic sealants can go over glazes, cant remember
