I have the long gun, the short gun, and the Suttner st2300.
The short gun was fitted with that female quick release in the picture, i had to use a 1/4 to M22 adapter so i could fit it to my long gun...

I think your leak will be where the female quick connect goes into the M22 adapter. If you hold the brass adapter with a pair of grips then insert a 14mm allen key into the end of the quick connect...

I removed the m22 brass fitting from my Kranzle...

I removed the m22 brass fitting from my Kranzle lance to fit a Kew quick release, I just used a bit of heat from my gas cooker. A minute over the flame and a good pair of grips and it was off :thumb:
