Why was the tar remover not successful? if i have tar as bad as that i spray autosmart tardis over the area, let it dissolve and rub over the area gently with a microfiber

if you've already washed it and got the "rough" off, i personally would go over the car with a tar and glue remover, fallout remover, maybe a final wash with a wash mitt and then clay.
