+1 for brake dust if focussed around the arches. Always worth doing a full decontamination on a new car, just so you know it's the best it can be before you seal it up.

Welcome! To save you needing to buy two separate products, you can use BH auto-wheel and BH Korrosol on both wheels and paint. BH Auto-wheel is a little more viscous to help it stick to dirty wheels...
