I agree, I also think itís over applied but Iím going so thin that the applicator is Ďgrabbingí the paint. Thereís no chance of seeing where Iíve been Iím applying that thin.

I found it seriously hard to apply thinly, 1/4 of a turn put loads on the pad.
As for letting it cure, I'm not sure how long I left it on it it did get grabby when I was taking it off.
