BCU? I know late Mk1s and Mk2s suffer water ingress.. My nan had a 2004 Mk1 which had suffered it, caused the horn to get stuck on. She had to have it rewired as it transpired the same fuse operated...

Lovely motor, looking forward to more pics. :) I had an E60 530d that averaged 56mpg on a run at 70/80mph! Cracking economy and performance.
