Because that is what the lab say. Possibly due to the chance of exposed bare metal. We recommend that Magma is used on painted or lacquered wheels and bodywork only.

No, both products will remain. RR is still useful for finishing after RR+ in some instances. Also RR+ is not required in all cases, so we have kept RR as the more gentle product to use

Basically RR+ is more aggressive. It allows you to tackle more severe imperfections. I can put something more detailed together for you if you like, but if that is enough, that is basically it.
