the bottle says 8 months but on un prep'd cars you'll get 1-2 months. I've used it on a clients car I detailed, prepd, machine polished and stuck that on as it was this feb and it was starting to go...

Halogens are really not very good for swirls...

Halogens are really not very good for swirls spotting, thats why you very very rarely see people use them now there is so much better available to us. They will keep you warm though in the unit

I think you'd be better looking at led...

I think you'd be better looking at led floodlights. Something along the lines of a 20w or up to 50w led would be far more efficient to run.

From what I'm seeing this isn't machine related. That's microfibre marring. It will be caused either when doing a wipe down (if you were using ipa) or when removing the coating.
Ipa is very poorly...

If going for a Scholl polish, it makes sense to look at the Scholl pads. Depends on how hard the paint is but purple and honey spider pads plus S20 is quite a flexible package.

FWIW Polished Bliss rate M105 and S20 at 8/10 for cutting, and M101 and S3XXL at 10/10. Maybe difficult to compare diminishing and non-diminishing polishes directly?
