Getting an empty vessel is ok. I would be wary of buying a full one as you dont know what resin you are getting unless from a trusted source.

At the levels you are using, I am surprised you get good removal of polishing oils. I prefer panel wipe as it is much better at the job.

The PTFE tape will only cause an issue if it was put on by a numpty who managed to block the input, in which case there would be next to nothing coming out. Very unlikely. :thumb:

Can you elaborate? Not sure how PTFE tape or lack of will affect the operation of the foam lance? the PTFE tape is there to provide a leakproof seal for the adaptor?

I cannot understand comments about 50/50 lasting 2 weeks to 2 months.

It is a very durable wax and was all the rage a few years ago.

3 months plus is easily achievable.

I have similar views...
