I'm also interested in PPF, there is a place in Northamptonshire called BodyGuard. They do 3M, SunTek and XPel. Quoted me about £250 to PPF the front of my Jag XF.

Good advice from above. Yes Scholl S20 is a good product i've used it on BMW and Audi paint for gloss enhancements and it will work with softer polishing pads as well as harder cutting pads.

I sorted the black pillars on a Jag XF like mine using a DAS6, 3 inch yellow spot pad and Scholl S3, then refined with CSP No3. You could get away with using just S3 though.

I like Zaino Z-10 leather in a bottle, it cleans and conditions and leaves a nice smell. I also use gliptone leather cleaner and leather conditioner, really good product, cheap and smells great.
