We recently went through this with my grandmothers house. We ended up just paying someone £200 to clear the house. TBH anything else just turned out to be far too much trouble!

However you could either remove the wipers and the scuttle panel to do it yourself or..... get one of those...

Look in TLC Direct, they have waterproof connectors designed for Pond pumps etc, they're probably the best you'll get other than going to somewhere like RS Components.

Yes you have to be 18 to purchase or consume alcohol free beer. They are brewed normally and then the alcohol is removed, meaning they are covered by the same laws.

When I was at School, in the summer hols I worked at the local supermarket. Back then You had to be 18 to buy alcohol free beer and wine. Actually 0.1% but anyone could buy shandy (0.5%)

Tree Sap remove

I use 91% alcohol. Soak the sap for a minute with a thin towel wet with the alcohol, then wipe right up. Gone! You'll have to reapply your wax though.
