I use the super fire 2, I’ve used it to solder up to 54mm copper with standard propane (blue bottle). Used these do 25 years.

G1 can be very fussy to apply and needs multiple layers but has good durability.
H2o is much easier to apply and only needs one layer but only has around 3-4 months durability compared to the 12...

If the prices you have quoted are from a professional detailer they seam very good. I’d make sure they are fully preparing the paint first to remove all defects rather than just applying a coating....

I believe its due to the fillers in SRP, a bit like a glaze so the wax bond is only as strong as what’s left behind from SRP.
It’s not a rule tho and if you have never had issues before carry on...

If it was just a wax or sealant I would say IPA is fine but with a coating it’s just not worth taking the risk so panal wipe. About £20 ish.

I suggest a nice wax to protect the paint and make your regular wash procedure a lot easier.
Something like Fusso coat or BH double speed wax, both are about £20 so won’t break the bank.
