Thank you all.

I think I will leave Fusso alone then, the only thing i will do us use a QD as drying aid. I have a bit of Demon Shine left so will use that.

Tape was bought from eBay. Got 5 rolls for £10 from memory.

It was a scrap bonnet so had nothing to loose by wetsanding.

Thank you for the reply. Interesting point you mention about the QD. The polishes I was using were old Menzerna compounds which I was told do not have the oils and working time as the one's now.

Im leaning towards Soft99 Fusso.

Can I double check that there are no Ceramic's available that allow you to apply outdoors? Most seem to apply only indoors and leave car inside for 24 hrs.

Sonax BSD

Sonax BSD seems to get great reviews on how well it repels water. But does it make improvement in terms of when washing the car? Does the dirt come off easier as like ceramic coatings?

Small update, I bought S20 Black a few weeks ago...

Small update, I bought S20 Black a few weeks ago so will be trying this when weather improves.

The car's in question is a E90 and F25 BMW with slight swirls so hopefully S20 should work well.
