i think a big part that helps is removing as much as you can and washing it , consoles /pillar trims, dash parts,seat frames etc , smoke gets behind and coats both sides and all the hidden places

park it up and it will be fine , if theres a dry brezzy day get down there and open the garage for a couple of hours and roll the car out, i wouldnt cover it , that way a windy day the car can dry...

be a shame to buy something that cant undo wheel nuts cus it saved a few quid , another bonus on milwaukee stuff is they sell for great prics second...
