theres a guy in at pro bodyshop at halfway, just next to chemical guys that does wheel repairs. the guy has done a few repairs for david at chemical guys and seems to do pretty good work?

You can't go wrong with any of the waxes already mentioned and they're all within your budget.
Another option to consider is Victoria Concours Wax which retails at around £18 and is a very good...
