Is ebay the best place to get Autosmart products or should I keep stalking my local rep in the hope he stops for me one day soon.

there's a few people selling cheaply on ebay.

I bought a selection of autosmart stuff off a seller without a problem, can't find the transaction to give you the ebay ID though i'm afraid!

Does your local rep not sell non trade?

I got in touch with autosmart on twitter gave me the name and number of my local franchisee and been in touch with him since getting bits quite often

Im sure its sue, the autosmart rep on here that does the twitter account too so either twitter if you have it or drop her a PM here.

I know that my local franchisee was more than happy to sell to me even though im not in the trade. At the end of the day its money in his pocket, and im happy with the product i recieve. Works both ways

I get mine off this guy and never had a problem with him and very reasonable also

Well on the plus side I'm pleased to see he has stopped selling Ali since his last run in with the HSE and Trading Standards. However, he is still sending chemicals illegally via royal Mail and decanting flammable liquids into non UN certified containers. So, he is still breaking the law.

Buy from people like this and you have NO comeback with Autosmart, should there be a problem with damage caused by the product. As soon as they decant the product, they take on ALL responsibility for it. It will not be covered by our product liability. You will need to claim off the ebayers product liability insurance. May be interesting to ask if they have any!
