You have done your bit by correction his paintwork... Its up to him how he maintains the finish if he wants to take it to a local wash just let him, wouldnt let it bother you tbh.

Everyone has different ways of doing things, I personally avoid hand car washes. Maybe he's not bothered about having swirls or odd little scratches on his car let him get on with it.
'Tramps' is a bit much for me, those claiming job seekers and not willing to look for work can fall into that category. |

The thought of taking my car to a hand car wash makes me cringe. I couldn't do it to myself, or the car.
Firstly, can't justify paying someone to clean my car, when by thr time I've driven there, had it washed, and driven home, i could have done it myself to a better standard. Secondly, being a perfectionist, I have to have it washed my way, or not at all. lol

30hours is a lot of time put, I feel for you. Too bad it was you're brother and you must have done it for free? If I would have put so many hours on a car as a car wash for sale business and then someone would have come the other week with swirls I will me pissed as well (though also begin paid), its love that's put in when cleaning cars.
