10 pin bowling

Anyone into their 10 pin bowling? A new sports centre has just been built down the road with a few lanes and I can't stay away!

Best score is 199 which ain't too bad. We have managed to get a pro called mark biondi to come up to stornoway a few times to give us a few tips! All of us at work go every thursday night and it is such a good laugh nd a game anyone can take part in.

I think I got 186 when I use to play, 20 years ago. Started with a 4 bagger. Being drunk and bowling, those were the days

Any "sport" where eating and drinking is part of it has to be good! We always start a night out at the bowling with a few beers and it's a great excuse for a nice early start!

Not played for years , think my best score was 120 something so as you can see it was more for a laugh than anything else.

I used to bowl a while ago, packed up when my eldest was born. Used to bowl for county at under 18 level for nottinghamshire. I miss it, wouldnt mind starting back again, just finding the time though
