desire and tough coat ?

Anyone used this combo ? i was thinking tough coat topped with desire , do you think this would add or take away anything ?

Yep - it works a treat! Mega longevity!

However, using both is overkill as they last ages alone anyway!

not done it with desire, but worked great with spirit, i won't hesitate to do the same when i get some desire though

I've used spirit and desire over toughcoat and is overkill IMO, but it did last and bead for ages. Was certainly no contaminants on the panels when I stripped it back

Two weeks ago I did my silver Lexus with two coats of Tough Coat and two coats of Desire and the effect on the paintwork is better then anything I have seen before.

The car has seen quite a bit of rain too and the beading/sheeting qualities of this combo have got to be seen to be believed. I took some video of it and thought I’d post it up, but upon playback it turned out to be not the best quality. Shame really, as the water just slid off.

For what it’s worth, this combo along with Rejuvenate and Tripple prior to Tough Coat and Desire is the only thing I’ll be doing in the future for my Lexus.

If you have it, it would be a shame not to use it.
