Runny SRP

I have a 1L bottle of SRP that has gone runny. Heres a vid of the consistency:

Am I right that its watery?

I dropped Autoglym a message via their contact us form a couple of days ago asking the question, any idea what their usual response time is?

Did you shake the bottle before expelling the product from it?

It shouldn't be that watery.

Like a lot of products, it does separate if left stood for a while.

Just had an email from AG, its fine to use but they are sending me a new bottle out. A much better outcome than I was expecting from just dropping them an email. Thats some good customer service!

Sicskate - you should email AG too. If it remember right, AG said there was a small batch of AG SRP that wasn't right and they were replacing it foc.

Does anyone know the batch codeof the faulty SRP ?

Be good to check mine just to make sure as I have 2 small bottles and the largest bottle they do. All unopened as still using another bottle that is nice and thick.

Garage
Late chiming in but I have a bottle done the same. I thought it was temperature related, my garage is external and not heated so gets cold. The UDS is still plenty creamy.

AS cherry glaze very seperated but that's not for this thread.
