Has anyone got current contact details for chemical guys UK?

Hi guys, I've been emailing and calling chemical guys uk for over 3 months now chasing up items that were missing from an order due to the waiting on stock, my package contained a hand written note saying the items would follow shortly but I'm coming up on 4 months now. I've googled and emailed various email addresses for them every few weeks, called on a few different numbers that are listed online. And even tried to my contact through this site but no joy.
Any up to date contact details would be greatly appreciated

Hi bud. Sorry to hear this. How did you pay for the items?

After 4 months, I think you'd be better lodging a claim with either PayPal or your Credit Card company, whichever you paid with.

It's a pretty poor reflection on the company though.

I hope you get sorted.

I can't help with contact details I'm afraid pal but this is yet another CG complaint that I've seen and quantifies my reasoning for steering clear of them.

Hope you get it sorted nether the less, as Cooks as said, hopefully you can lodge a claim via your payment method.

Are you on social media? They seem to be still quite active on Instagram. Might be worth trying on there?

But it's just not acceptable. Everything I have read on this forum about them recently has been negative. I agree, speak to your credit card company/PayPal

I’m sure someone on here said recently that Slims are now uk distributors for CG so does CG UK even still exist? Might be worth giving them a ring to see if they have any contact details for them. Alternatively how about getting on to CG head office in the US to clarify the situation? Are you missing much? PayPal/credit card route sounds like a good idea but I know these things take time so I’d maybe get the ball rolling as soon as possible.

The Visa and MasterCard Dispute Resolution Scheme is next to useless. If the other party dispute/deny they don't generally do anything further.

If you pay £100 or over far better to make a Section 75 Consumer Credit Act 1974 claim.

180 days on PayPal.

Just an update, I noticed they posted on Facebook so left a comment raising the issue.
I received a prompt email asking for my order number which I gave. And the shortly after received a message apologising stating it was an oversight and that the goods would be sent out the following day with something extra.
I was pleased to receive a package today that also included a full set of hexlogic pads sent with compliments to apologise for the 5 month wait

At least you finally got it sorted, but 5 months is ridiculous. I'm lucky that their unit is only 10mins away from me so if I need anything I can drop by.
