Utter nonsense, has nothing to do with the colour, white is always difficult to photograph, but the finish and gloss is equally as striking in the flesh.

The warranty is generally at the hands of the detailer, whilst the support comes from the manufacturer. Regardless a smaller company is equally as likely, if not more so, to assist in any eventualities that occur.
As already mentioned, Siramik accredited detailers are authorised professionals on merit, not fee.

The SiRamik coatings are comparable to any colours ( including white as I have done a number of vehicles in this ) and work extremely efficiently.
As for customer service; I had an issue arise ( first one I might add )on a car maintained by someone else. The client didnt highlight it, the other detailer did. I contacted client, whom was not upset with the issue arisen nor my works carried out. I arranged an inspection, Wasnt happy with the performance or behaviour of the coatings so gave it an eraser wipe down and re applied all three coatings free gratis to ensure my name and brand were left intact.
SiRamik ensured complete back up was there and was involved through myself from start to finish and also offered all materials to use for any remedial works.
Turns out, so called detailer had laden it in polymers so no wonder it wasnt behaving correctly, as the coatings ( any coatings ) suffer when laden in polymers or wax type products. Either way, client happy and all is good...

Thats customer service.
The main reason I considered someone else is that the guy that does the SiRamik is only 2 miles away and is £200 cheaper than the G-Techniq
The G-Technique is done by AMDetails and is around 60 miles away. AMDetails has a very good reputation and I have not heard anything bad about them and only had good things to say about them.

How many tails do you hear of Siramik coatings failing? None that I've heard of. Certainly not the case with Gtechniq.

All the Siramik detailers are chosen on merit and cannot buy into being a accredited detailer again like you can with Gtechniq.

The discussion about who is a good detailer or who is not a good detailer is about as vague a question as you can possibly ask as as those in the trade know, there is no meaningful trade body or certification body as, for eg, you have for gas fitters with Corgi.

As you can see we demand x2 years running a business and x6 years detailing.

The fee is an advertising fee that we match £ for £. Our take on this is that if, for eg, someone books a car in off the strength of seeing an advert. The detailer will be taking the lions share of the margin. Yes we get multipliers but with just x1 detail job coming from this marketing per month, the detailer is well up on the deal.

Plus if you spend >£500 per month, we refund that fee back to you.

As a brand - we have done and will continue to work with our network to ensure that they offer the best level of customer experience, quality of work and quality of product. From a numbers POV, the margin we make from the Accredited network is not something and has never been something that we decided would form the lion's share of the business. But from a reputation POV, the network is incredibly important to us. We are extremely grateful to have such a great network and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure they offer the very best and are increasingly successful in doing so.
