Water based Panel wipe or solvent before ceramic coating

Hi. I've almost finished my 5L upol fast panel wipe, which I use with a resp mask, saw the water based version and wonder if anyone has used it and is it as effective especially in cooler weather, any bad points etc? I'm all for less chemicals solvents etc. Thanks.
