LSP safe traffic film remover

Hi all,

Any recommendations for a LSP safe traffic film remover?

I'm most definitely in the wax camp and try to apply it every 2 months but now with winter here I'm conscious about removing it after a week!

Thanks!

I used a 1/20 mix of Britemax Grimeout today on a car I used Bouncers Done and Dusted on last week and I surprised myself in as much as when I rinsed after a quick wash with Car Chem 1900-1, it was sheeting water really well.

What wax? Some waxes will take a decent hit of tfr and shrug it off ( eg collinite) while show waxes will degrade a lot quicker? Why not just use something like bh autofoam and then wash?

PM TFR diluted 1:20 through a pump sprayer is LSP safe and is a great prewash!

I used Power Maxed tfr over Collinite 845 through last winter with no problems, very effective on the usually salt/winter muck deposits. However, I usually finish off a wash with a coat of Sonax BSD so that tends to give the lsp a boost anyway but it’s so cheap and quick, gives fantastic beading and is a great final touch, it’s crazy not to.

Bilt Hamber Auto Foam is not explicitly sold as a "TFR", but it is very good at removing traffic film
