MacBook seeing iTunes and iPhoto Libraries on a Time Capsule?

I have transferred all my data from my iMac into the Data folder of my Time Capsule with the view of having my MacBook Pro seeing both my iTunes and iPhoto libraries via the Wireless Network from the Time Capsule exactly as OSX did on my iMac but cannot seem to do so.

Any help appreciated as Apple told me this was certainly achievable when I bonight the new kit...

Through the iTunes Preference I have changed the iTunes Folder from the default to the new location on the Time Capsule, but nothing...

Not tried iPhoto yet as couldn't even see the option...

Thanks.

You may find slow speeds accessing the data on the time capsule depending on what else you are doing on the wifi.

You need to set the location (press and hold ALT when opening iPhoto or iTunes and it then lets you select the library to use) and then you will need to go into preferences and set the location again, (this time so that iTunes knows where to save new data) Definitely achievable but don't forget you will not have backup of these. Photos are usually peoples most important files. Its pointless having two copies of data on the one unit (your time capsule) If the time capsule failed...its all gone
