(i thought my car was clean)
more cleaning done, rear lights removed, couldnt believe what was hiding under there. boot rubber bump stops cleaned.
engine bay freshen up too. (spot the difference)
That looks extremely smart. Makes a nice change to see black-on-black compared to bright green or orange in the engine bay! Did the tank come with those hoses or did you have to have them custom made?
cheers pal
No they didnt. its hose sleeving for the time being. and hose ends. even when i go silicone lll probably still have the sleeving on. i like the look.
wheel arch, was hammerite underseal with wax oil,
all the paint is matt black engine paint. really thin and obviously must be hard wearing because its high temp. no probs on any cars ive done it on.
great looking st fella and loved the feature you had in fast ford great read.
suprizing what hides under the rear lights lol.
can I ask what you cleaned the boot rubber stops with? as mine need a good freshen up.
might take my boot rubber off and clean under that and see what junk is hiding under there
saw your mag feature.
car looked well smart...........i did cringe a little when i saw what intake you were running. People have no end of problems with them
had no problems with it pal. ive heard them too. it showed my mates rs with stage 1 bluefin up, he wasn't best pleased.
honesty the car runs smooth as a nut.
Cracking photos mate, really makes me miss my ST225.
If i remember rightly a stage 1 ST will give a standard RS a run for its money up till higher speeds simply due to the fact the turbo spools a lot earlier in the rev.
New Miltek tips have arrived. not very shiny so had to get the dremmel out. an hour later and there sparkling. all in prep for ford fair.
