Best method for cleaning carpets?

Hey guys,

Been a long time since i last posted here (a few years!) and i am wondering if any new products have come out for cleaning the interior carpets of cars. I have been using autobrite fab for a long time now so im not sure what else is on the market! Is it possible to get that brand new look without a wetvac? the carpet in my mothers car is in bad condition and im looking to get it looking tip top before i get her some mats so any ideas?

Thanks guys and happy new year!

I would recommend chemical guys nonsense. It needs diluting so you'll need a mixer bottle, around 6 water to 1 nonsense should be good for heavily soiled carpet. Use warm water and an upholstery stiff bristle brush in horizontal and vertical motions then use clean microfibre to absorb the dirt. You'll need a lot of cloths and without using a wet extractor it might take a few goes

most of the parts of a car are fitted with adhesives even seats and carpets. vacuum cleaning and cleaning gently with wet clothes are the best two methods. Otherwise you must change your carpets.
