In fact Iíve got lots of parts in transit that Iím waiting for now.

Ooh now that sounds like itís the dogs danglies

Dead easy took 10mins each side ! They are only stuck up believe it or not. They came pre-painted from the states and I paid extra for the grill insert to finish it off.

Just took them out the box, cleaned surfaces with IPA, applied adhesive promoter, unstuck tape and pressed it on ! It was as simple as that !

That's a great looking car with some nice mods. My father in law has a similar GT in red with the black alloys. What sort of MPG are you getting?

No word of a lie... That is the best looking New Mustang I've ever seen.

We need a video when your new exhaust is fitted!

Iíve used the Tapatalk App to upload this thread and pictures but been made aware the image size is too large. How do I resize the pictures in the App?

Mustang GT Project

Another weekend and another mod !

This time Iíve fitted the LED Rear Sider Markers. Annoyingly these illuminated markers are only fitted in the states for some reason and I think they look great.

There are a few retrofit kits online at circa £99.00 to £150 from varying different sources. The main difference between UK spec cars and US spec is that the UK do not come with the wiring loom pre installed to these markers.

So after a bit of research I found the LED Markers I wanted online for £20, and set about making my own wiring loom.

Iím chuffed to bits with this mod and for a little over £25 for all the bits plus one set of scraped knuckles Iíve got these retrofitted.

I used a series of sticky wire clips to hold the wire in place behind the bumper to make it look a bit more professional / OEM.

So much better than the standard orange markers.

Absolutely stunning car, bud. I've always loved Mustangs, and yours is just gorgeous.

The side marker is a great upgrade. Nice to see someone else who scrapes their knuckles....

Health to enjoy your new car, chum.
