Lovely car and amazing sound they make. These cars can make serious power without many changes.

Airtec cooler, intake, plenum, exhaust and remap your not far away from 400bhp. Anything more than 420 you'll need forge internals.

Clutch is good for 400 but will need upgrading for more.

Plenty of companies to choose too.

I hope you keep it looking as it is. I've seen a lot of people spoil them. I think there awesome the way they look now.

Enjoy your car. You'll love the exhaust .

Also you will want to delete the sound symposer too as they leak and can cause boost problems.

I think it's airtec you can get the delete kit. Can't remember though.

All the best.

Ryan

I then had the car booked in to have the wheels refurbed in gloss anthracite.* TWS of Redcar came and jacked the car up, put it on stands and then took the wheels away for 24 hours to carry out a acid dip and powdercoat, refit tyres and balance etc....all for £200!* I am really impressed by the finish on the wheels and how good they look fitted.

New Centre Caps and Green RS overlays were also fitted, along with two new rear tyres.

And that's about it for now.* When I am home in October I will upgrade the plenum to AS and colour code the hoses in green.

Comments always welcome.* Aly

Beautiful RS mate, that's a great price for your wheels and they look magic. Enjoy your new machine

I also had my Mongoose exhaust fitted by Falcon Engineering in Middlesbrough. They also performed a custom remap at the same time with the car now running 355bhp:

It now sounds epic and goes like a bloody train!
