In fairness to AG, they do state on their shampoo label to use "20ml (2 caps full)". Perhaps it would be better to say "2 level cap fulls" or something to make it sound more measured ?

I initially measure products, but as others have said, you often get used to how big a glug = a good guesstimate of the correct measure, after a few times.

I was thinking more along the lines of a dosage system - like

I'm guessing 1 glug = 2 'heaped' caps full!

Used to be a gluger but now I measure as the obsession stuff goes so much further... ended up with a bucket of suds and 1" of water in the bottom first time I used it! Once I have a feel for what 2-3 capfuls looks like I may go back to glugging!

Definitely glug - you can tell after the 1st measure how much to put in your bucket

Great Poll AG,

We find most of our customer tell us a good glug is the way to go.. maybe time to rewrite the instructions to glug measurements + not forgetting the spill measurements.

I'm a glugger.

I usually do the first wash with a new shampoo by measuring as per the recommendations, just to see what the suds are like. After that initial appliance of science (zanussi?), I usually double or triple glug, just to make it really suddy.
