Definitely don't use any solvents on the dash, chum.

Try some gentle heat from a hairdryer. Place your hand over the sticker with your fingers apart and heat that way. If it gets too hot on your hand, then it's too hot for the dash! You could also try an mf cloth and hot water, ring it out and set on the sticker. Just be very gentle with it, as any damage will be very visible in that position

A steam cleaner might be a good way to go about getting the dash sorted. You can pick up a little hand held one for around £15.

Sticky Stuff Remover or AG Tar remover

Used sticky stuff remover on my audi dash with no problems
