Blue roll holder ideas

Looking for some ideas to wall mount blue roll holder in my garage?

Was thinking of maybe an older metal curtain pole with mounting hangers either side?

Not a suggestion for the holder sorry but I buy kitchen roll from Costco which I find works just as well as blue roll and when you buy in packs of 12 works out cheaper.

Means as well I just sit an individual roll on my workbench so don't need a holder.

Your suggestion sounds good though as I'm sure you'd be able to cut a curtain pole holder down to size

I have mine on a curtain pole.

If the rolls are quite wide/thick, they may not fit on as curtain poles don't stand off the wall too much.

I made two brackets out of softwood and fixed them to a softwood backing piece. Cut holes in the two brackets and put dowel through.
It's attached to the wall and is right next to my workbench for when I need it

I use a "proper" centre feed dispenser mounted on the wall.

I use 2, one just slid onto a piece of softwood screwed to one of the garage rafters, the other on a piece of tubing with wire through it, each end of the wire fastened to a rafter. Both no cost, and both work well, the one on the tube runs freer, but the other is dead easy to remove to take to where I'm working if not in the garage.
